These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Golo Sign, a cloud-based electronic signature and document workflow platform operated by Zepto Sky Pty Ltd (ABN 58 650 449 040) ("Zepto Sky", "we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using Golo Sign, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Golo Sign provides:

  • Electronic signature services

  • Document workflow management

  • Document storage

  • Audit trails

  • Notifications

    • Related platform services

    We may modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features at any time.

2. User Accounts

Users must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain account security

  • Keep login credentials confidential

  • Notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach

Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their account.

3. Electronic Signatures

Golo Sign provides technology that facilitates electronic signatures and document workflows.

We do not provide legal advice and do not guarantee the legal validity or enforceability of any document.

Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. User Content

Users retain ownership of all documents and content uploaded to the platform.

By using Golo Sign, users grant Zepto Sky Pty Ltd a limited license to process, store, and transmit documents solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Upload unlawful or illegal content

  • Commit or facilitate fraud

  • Send spam or unsolicited communications

  • Upload malware, viruses, or harmful software

  • Infringe intellectual property rights

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others

  • Attempt to bypass or compromise platform security

  • Use the Services in a manner that violates applicable laws

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Fees and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance.

Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions automatically renew according to the selected billing cycle.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, including Australian Consumer Law.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted access to the Services.

However, service availability may be affected by:

  • Scheduled maintenance

  • System upgrades

  • Technical failures

  • Third-party service interruptions

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, technology, branding, logos, designs, trademarks, and platform content associated with Golo Sign remain the property of Zepto Sky Pty Ltd or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zepto Sky Pty Ltd will not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits

  • Business interruption

  • Loss of revenue

  • Loss of goodwill

  • Loss of data

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Special or incidental damages

arising from or related to the use of Golo Sign.

10. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zepto Sky Pty Ltd, its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Uploaded content

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Illegal use of the Services

  • Infringement of third-party rights

11. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services if a user:

  • Violates these Terms

  • Engages in unlawful activity

  • Misuses the platform

  • Creates a security risk

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

13. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime excluding:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Force majeure events
  • Internet outages outside control
  • Third-party failures

Support Hours

  • Standard: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm AEST/AEDT
  • Priority support available for enterprise users

Response Times

  • Critical: 4 hours
  • High: 8 hours
  • Medium: 1 business day
  • Low: 3 business days

Refund Policy

Subscriptions are billed in advance.

Refunds

Refunds may apply where required by law.

We do not generally refund:

  • Change of mind
  • Unused subscriptions
  • Partial billing periods

Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days.

Copyright and Trademark Policy

  • All platform software, design, and branding belong to Zepto Sky Pty Ltd
  • Users retain ownership of uploaded documents
  • Users must have legal rights to upload content

  • Users must review all AI-generated outputs
  • AI does not provide legal advice
  • Data is not used for public AI training without consent
  • Users are responsible for final decisions
